1. I understand that by default, I have agreed to all forms of communication including SMS, Email, and Phone and that these methods are inherently insecure.
2. I agree to the use of these methods of communication and understand that I can change my selection at any time using the ACE Secure Portal.
3. I understand the opting out of these communication options does not impact my ability to access the ACE Portal, but will result in not getting notifications and as a result I will need to login to the ACE Portal routinely to make sure there are no pending messages or actions that need my attention.
